Abstrak

One of the industrial machines that plays a very important role is the boiler. The boiler in this company is a very important asset for the company, which produces output in the form of steam. Combustion is a chemical reaction between fuel and oxygen that produces heat. Fuel consumption and boiler steam produced are things that the Company observes as an evaluation of budget planning. The purpose of this activity is to analyze the Performance Analysis of the Kessel Standard Boiler based on the Ratio Between Fuel and Steam at PT. XYZ. The Implementation Method is by carrying out boiler operations, recording operations, and reviewing production history. The results of observations and reviews of the 1-year production history from July 2021 to June 2022 obtained an average fuel consumption value of 1009.43 Kg/Hour, water requirements of 5.72 m3/Hour, and steam output of 7866.97 Kg/Hour. So the ratio obtained is 130.98. Conclusion: The Performance of the Kessel Standard Boiler obtained 130.98 kg from the maximum allocation of the business entity of 150 Kg.
